Gems are the virtual currency in Notexa Melody Tap. Use them to purchase items, unlock appearance resources, or gain smoother support through difficult passages. On the payment page, enter the email you use to sign in to the game; after the order takes effect, the system locates your game identity by that email and syncs purchased content to the matching account automatically—so delivery stays accurate while protecting transaction records and account safety.
After a virtual currency purchase is paid successfully, virtual currency is usually credited automatically to your game account (the email entered on the checkout page) within 5 minutes. If there is a system delay or order review, delivery will be completed within 24 hours at the latest.
If you still have not received your virtual currency after the promised timeline, please submit a request on the Contact Us page and provide your order number, purchase date, and payment proof. Customer support will verify the order and reissue the virtual currency within 3 business days of receiving your request.
If virtual currency cannot be delivered within 24 hours due to a system fault, inventory issue, or other reason, we will refund the funds to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund arrival time varies by payment method and is usually 7 business days.
Virtual currency may be used only inside Notexa Melody Tap.
